 Thank you for your review, really appreciated, and I realise that doing 
things step by step is often the best approach.  I have pushed the changes 
now, of which 03/15 with equivalents of commit b02b9e8df655 ("AVR: Skip 
the gcc.c-torture/execute/memcpy-a*.c tests.") and commit 34dfb30ca8db 
("testsuite: Mark gcc.c-torture/execute/memcpy-a?.c tests expensive") 
included.
