I've done some cleanups on the Fortran manual. None of the patches in this series are intended to have any semantic effect -- just clean up markup, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. I didn't make it through through all the coarray and intrinsics documentation yet, but this should be at least an incremental improvement.
