r15-5327-g55e3bd376b2214 changes the default to -std=gnu23 but this
test relies on unprototyped functions. Follow Joseph's advice
in that commit and tweak the test accordingly.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        * gcc.target/i386/pr66891.c: Pass -std=gnu17.
---
OK for trunk?

v2 fixes the commit message and actually fixes it by using gnu17, not
disabling the wrong warning.
