libbacktrace patch committed: Recognize new Mach-O DWARF sections

This patch by Pavel Safonov recognizes the new DWARF section names
used on macos Sequoia.  Bootstrapped and ran libbacktrace tests on
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.  Committed to mainline.
