I've just posted 7 patches related with the implementation of noncontiguous ifcombine. They've been regstrapped together on x86_64-linux-gnu, and each patch has been tested to build on top of the previous on.
Patches #1, #2 and #3 are preparatory patches that stand on their own. Patches #4, #5 and #6 implement the feature proper, and depend on #3. #4 and #5 are inactive without #6, that enables the new feature. Patch #7 is an optional addon for #3. It doesn't hit at all during bootstrap or testing, but a separate patch that moves fold_truth_andor to ifcombine makes it useful.
