Since r13-1006-g2005b9b888eeac, the test case copysign_softfloat_1.c
no longer contains any lsr istruction, so drop the check as per
comment 9 in PR105090.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        PR target/105090
        * gcc.target/arm/copysign_softfloat_1.c: Drop check for lsr
