Sorry for the breakage, fixed thus, applied as obvious.
* optabs-query.cc (can_mult_highpart_p): Test for the existence of
a wider mode instead of requiring it.
I had basically the same patch here, but hadn't run it through the
bootstrap & regression test yesterday.
