And as our testing hardware showed, it also bumps the minimal ROCm to 5.2 (as 5.1 fails with COV5).

Otherwise, as mentioned, COV5 was added to LLVM 14, but as we already require 13.0.1; thus, we would just have to require a half-a-year newer LLVM, which could be indeed fine for GCC 15.
