From: Liwei Xu <liwei...@intel.com> This patch optimize byte swaps in vectors using SSE2 instructions. It targets 8-byte and 16-byte vectors, efficiently handling patterns like __builtin_shufflevector(v, v, 1, 0, 3, 2, ...).
