[PATCH 2/9] alpha: Don't add crtfastmath.o for -shared

Don't add crtfastmath.o for -shared to avoid altering the FP
environment when loading a shared library.

        * config/alpha/linux.h (ENDFILE_SPEC): Don't add
        crtfastmath.o for -shared.
