[Ada] Remove extra whitespace in declarations and parameters lists

[Pierre-Marie de Rodat via Gcc-patches]

Remove extra whitespace spotted while doing other cleanups related to
expansion of dispatching routines for GNATprove.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

        * exp_ch3.adb (Build_Dcheck_Function): Remove extra whitespace.
        * libgnarl/s-taskin.adb (Initialize_ATCB): Likewise.
