Printing continuation messages as a single JSON message was an error as
consumers of the JSON output can take advantage of different locations
of the continuation message.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

        * errout.adb (Output_JSON_Message): Recursively call
        Output_JSON_Message for continuation messages instead of
        appending their content to the initial message.
