[PATCH 2/7] ifcvt: Allow constants for noce_convert_multiple.

[Robin Dapp via Gcc-patches]

This lifts the restriction of not allowing constants for
noce_convert_multiple.  The code later checks if a valid sequence
is produced anyway.
