This patch adds the -gnatd_g switch, which lowers the threshold for
computing static aggregates at compile time.
Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk
gcc/ada/
* debug.adb: Document switch.
* exp_aggr.adb: If -gnatd_g was given, then do not bump the
limit to 500_000.
