This test forces -march=armv8.1-m.main, which supports only Thumb mode.
However, if the toolchain is not configured --with-thumb, the test
fails with:
error: target CPU does not support ARM mode

Adding -mthumb to dg-options fixes the problem.

Committed as obvious.
