c++: module-related tweak

[Nathan Sidwell]

In manually applying a name-lookup patch, I managed to transpose two 
calls.  That caused a test failure.  Fixed thusly.

            gcc/cp/
            * name-lookup.c (do_namespace_alias): Set originating module
            before pushing.
