This patch tries to do a minor update for
* htdocs/projects/gomp/index.html
  Add link to the just-released OpenMP 5.1
* htdocs/gcc-11/changes.html:
- Fortran: Mention the new "!GCC$ attributes DEPRECATED"
- OpenMP: Update list.

(For OpenMP, there are still some patches pending review
and other changes in the pipeline, even though not much
changes are pending. Still, it does not harm to have an
in-between update.)
