3. GCC will no longer warn about 'ISO C does not support the ā€˜L’
    ms_printf length modifier'. This was caused by mistaken array
    indices in `TARGET_OVERRIDES_FORMAT_INIT`.



I'll be pushing this soon if there aren't any more complaints.
