We now always vectorize two BBs, adjust the selector to also scan
for integer multiplication vectorization explicitely.

Tested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, tested on sparc-sun-solaris2.11
and i386-pc-solaris2.11 by Rainer, pushed.
