Hi!

When Jonathan posted his libstdc++ patches for the math constants, I've
noticed that the constants in glibc grew up in number of digits since
they were added into libquadmath, apparently through:
https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2012-05/msg02040.html
This backports that change to libquadmath.

Bootstrapped/regtested on x86_64-linux and i686-linux, committed to trunk.

M_SQRT1_2q): Use two more decimal places.
