This is related to changes I made to readings.html one-and-a-half days ago. Essentially fortran.org underwent quite some changes, breaking links left and right, and frankly looking a little (too) commercial.
In any case I could not find what looks like a proper replacement for this link, so I had to take it out. If one of you wants to recommend a good replacement, happy to add that again. Committed for now.
