[patch] 17/n: trans-mem: compiler trans-mem main engine

Here is the main engine (trans-mem.c and trans-mem.h). The file trans-mem.c did not fit within the 100k that the list restricts me to, so I am attaching the patch for both of these files as a bzip2 file.

If it is preferable for me to split this one file in two separate posts, I can do so.
