As I mentioned, I'm working to transition our pages to HTML which should not be too hard after my transition to CSS over the past years, but there are some changes we still need to account for.
In HTML 5 the <a name="..."...</a> approach has been superseded by the use of id attributes. This implements this change for all pages associated with active releases. Applied.
