Contrary to a previous review, you should *not* be removing RejectNegative 
from -fdebug-prefix-map=, and should be including it on both the new 
options.  All -f, -W, -g and -m options have negative versions by default, 
regardless of any kind of argument they take, unless RejectNegative is 
used.

The patch is OK with that fixed.
