minor cleanups in x86*-vxworks support file

Minor cleanups, tested together with the previous patches
introducing the vx7 support.

        * config/i386/vxworks.h (ASM_SPEC): Remove definition. No target
        specific need, just fallback on defaults.
        (ASM_OUTPUT_ALIGNED_BSS): Add #undef before #define.
