This series removes most SPE things.
Tested (all languages) on powerpc64-linux (power7, {-m32,-m64}); on
powerpc64le-linux (power8, all languages); on AIX (power7, default
languages); on powerpc-linux (compile only) and on powerpc-linux-gnuspe
(compile only).
Is this okay for trunk?
