Hi Helge, There is a certain amount of pressure to deprecate the 32-bit hpux target in gcc. That was a sop to please various maintainers that wanted to remove the whole hpux target. I said we needed the 64-bit target for linux. So, I plan to do this after GCC 7 is released as there didn't seem any reason to do it this late in the development serious. This will give about a year for people to object...
