* doc/install.texi (Specific): Use https for blackfin.uclinux.org.
(Specific): Update mingw-w64 reference.
(Binaries): Ditto.
(Specific): Remove broken link to Renesas RX processor.
With this, install.texi appears fine wrt. links!
