I noticed that http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/C-Dialect-Options.html
has a broken link to http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libitm/Enabling-libitm.html
At which point I noticed that we simply never added libitm documentation
to our onlinedocs.
Fixed thusly, tested on gcc.gnu.org, and also installed the update there.
