The directories old/regexp and old/template were removed from the master Go library in 2012 (https://golang.org/cl/5979046) but somehow that was not reflected in libgo. This patch removes them from libgo. Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu. Committed to mainline.
