The usual example: 1 |\ | \ | 2 | / |/ 3 |\ | \ | 4 | / |/ 5 where 2 and 4 need a certain prologue component (and the rest doesn't). If the frequency of 2 plus that of 4 is less than the frequency of 1, it is better to place a prologue (and epilogue) around both 2 and 4 than to place a prologue at 1 and an epilogue at 5. > >You can also put this in a loop.
