Here is a new version of the patch. Changes from the previous version
(http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2011-07/msg02240.html):
 - updated to trunk
 - TODO_remove_unused_locals flag was removed from todo_flags_finish
of reassoc pass

Bootstrapped and checked on x86_64-linux.
