In my last patch (#11) on libgcc, I didn't submit the latest version of the patch that allowed it to work on older systems that did not have the include sys/auxv.h. This patch fixes that by moving the include of sys/auxv.h to within the code protected by the define that says we have IEEE 128-bit floating point hardware support and the include file sys/auxv.h.
