The following libgo patch
[libgo] Use stat_atim.go on Solaris 12+
https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2015-08/msg01590.html
has remained unreviewed for two weeks. It's required to allow bootstrap
on Solaris 12.
