This file contains some C++98 instantiations that are then compared to similar instantiations in C++11 tests, so it needs to be compiled with an explicit -std option now that g++ defaults to gnu++14.
Tested i686-linux, x86_64-linux and ppc64le-linux. Committed to trunk.
