Here it is, no regression for
     arm-sim/
     arm-sim//-march=armv7-a
     arm-sim//-mthumb
     arm-sim//-mthumb/-march=armv7-a

Obviously, [4/6],[5/6] and [6/6] will be respun. But lets handle this
one first.
