[Patch, Fortran, committed] PR 49708: [4.5/4.6/4.7 Regression] ICE with allocate and no dimensions

Hi all,

I just committed a small patch for an ICE-on-invalid regression with
ALLOCATE, which was approved by Tobias in the PR:

I will backport this to the 4.6 branch in a few days. Should I also
backport to 4.5?
