Thanks for the quick response, Arnaud.

It turns out we also had the same problem with mainline, just 
that gnat_ugn_unw/ still existed there in it's old version from
summer 2014.  

I have removed that stale copy on gcc.gnu.org and also applied 
the patch below to our onlinedocs/ index.
