Hi,

This patch updates the text in the "Output Template" and "Output
Statement" sections of md.texi.

I was aiming to:

   * Remove outdated details of the compiler.
   * Remove long or obscure words that, while accurate, only served to
     obfuscate a simple idea.
   * Refer to similar things in a consistent fashion - in particular
trying to keep consistent use of "insn" and "pattern".
   * Remove superflous examples, or waffling.

OK?

Thanks,
James

        * doc/md.texi (Output Template): Update text.
        (Output Statement): Likewise.
With a better ChangeLog, this is OK.

I'm a bit amazed how the m68k stuff for handling the different syntaxes ended up in the "matching operands" section. Egad. You might consider noting that as an example of how those characters are useful.

One of the things about our manual that is kind of lame is the number of examples that come from obsolete/dead architectures. But I'm not going to ask you to change that.
