No, we need people to accept that they fall under the obvious rule - which 
were it not for the objections to HJ's changes I would have considered 
that formatting changes do (subject to the caveats I listed regarding 
testcases, files maintained elsewhere and cases where there is confusion 
about what the formatting convention actually is).
