obj-c++.dg/dwarf-2.mm fails on Tru64 UNIX since the target doesn't
support DWARF-2:

UNRESOLVED: obj-c++.dg/dwarf-2.mm: error executing dg-final: couldn't open
"dwarf-2.s": no such file or directory
To avoid this, the following patch skips the test as is done in
objc.dg/dwarf-2.m.
Tested with the appropriate runtest invocation, installed on mainline.
