Hi all,

I have committed the attached patch as obvious. Changes:

- Add id="fortran" to <h3> (as it was in previous release notes; there are people directly linking to it (Hi! Hi Toon!))
- Fixed a typo (optim(i)zation)
- For the flags, link to the documentation
- Mention coarray changes
