    libstdc++: Correct statement about default -std option
    
    The default is -std=gnu++17 now, not -std=gnu++14.
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * doc/xml/manual/test.xml: Fix default for -std option.
            * doc/html/manual/test.html: Regenerate.
