gcc-15 + projects/gomp: OpenMP update
* htdocs/projects/gomp/index.html: Fortran deep mapping of allocatable
components is now supported.
* htdocs/gcc-15/changes.html: Likewise. C++ omp::allocator:: template
support also landed.
