Hi Everyone,

The compile farm has a number of arm64/aarch64 machines. Let me say,
that is awesome. I was surprised to learn how difficult it is to
source 64-bit arm machines at a reasonable price.

The arm64/aarch64 machines at gcc113 - gcc116 are powered by Ubuntu
14.04, which provides GCC 4.8.4.

I'm searching for arm64/aarch64 with GCC 5.x. Does anyone know where I
can find one?

Thanks in advance.

The backstory for us is a bug report. It only shows up in a Debian
Sid/Unstable QEMU chroot for arm64/aarch64. The machine runs GCC 5.1
or 5.2 (IIRC). The debugger does not work for the platform and we
can't investigate it. So I'm trying to duplicate it on real hardware
with a working debugger.

Fedora is usually my first choice because it usually supplies the
latest compiler, but it does not provide the arm/arm64 port:

    $ yum info gcc-c++-arm-linux-gnu

    Available Packages
    Name        : gcc-c++-arm-linux-gnu
    ...
            :
            : Only the compiler is provided; not libstdc++. Support for
            : cross-building user space programs is not currently provided as
            : that would massively multiply the number of packages.
