[Bug other/19316] New: kernel built with gcc-3.4.3 works / with gcc-4.0.0 doesn't work.

during kernel startup I get an oops in lib/radix-tree.c 
(null pointer dereference). 
 
testcase: vanilla linux-2.6.10 sources 
 
If You need assembly radix-tree.S sources I'll provide it tomorrow.
