The target is an ancient i386 without FPU using picolibc. I totally understand
you don't want to directly support such configurations, so i'll look into why
the corresponding libc function is not generated or detected. I wasn't aware
that _GLIBCXX_HAVE_STRTOLD is sort of deprecated.

But maybe you're pleased to hear that aside from this minor problem, modules
and libstdc++ still work just fine, even for such museum pieces ;-)
