As we discussed before - that is not the gcc-16.1-darwin-ppc - but the r0 which means it needs two additions.... And to confirm that you have exactly: that zip one change to support makeinfo 4.8 one change to rs6000/host-darwin.cc and NO OTHER changes? (I will do a comparison of the github zipped content and pushed branch, although I would not expect that to have any issues)
