On a Power10 big-endian 32-bit target, the following tests fail:

gcc.target/powerpc/fp128_conversions.c
gcc.target/powerpc/int_128bit-runnable.c

Both tests fail during compilation, which subsequently causes numerous
scan-assembler failures because no assembly output is generated.

The failures appear to be due to the use of __int128 types and operations,
which are not supported on 32-bit PowerPC targets.
