    Fortran: Add new testcase for PR121360

    This test case is from the PR adjusted to reduce the execution
    time and includes a suitable test condition. It was tested with
    export GFORTRAN_NUM_IMAGES=200 which of course takes a bit of
    time.

    gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

            * gfortran.dg/coarray/lock_3.f90: New test.
